Geozone Environmental, a SANAS Accredited and Department of Employment and Labour Approved Inspection Authority (AIA), has been providing professional occupational hygiene services to industries throughout South Africa since 1991. We are involved in the anticipation, recognition, evaluation and control of occupational health hazards. The Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSAct) places the onus on employers to ensure that the working environment is safe and without risks to the health of their employees.
Geozone is registered with the Health and Welfare sector and companies who are trained by us can claim back the allowable portion of their skills development levy. We offer on-site training and also train the trainer at a company, who then presents our courses. Geozone audits the licensed trainer periodically, moderates test papers and issues certificates to learners who successfully complete courses.
